We work long hours, we lead busy social lives, and sometimes we just don't have time to get to the gym! I have a great little heart starter that can be done in the comfort of your own home that requires very little brain power. This is an all over body workout that can even be done in our tiny Hong Kong apartments. No equipment needed, you don't even need to put your joggers on. So if you are short on time, or just can’t be bothered leaving the sofa, here is a workout for you! The harder you work the more calories you burn. And remember - if you are huffing and puffing – you are burning. Enjoy!

4 ROUNDS - 50 Seconds On, 10 Seconds off

  1. Jump Squat
  2. Push up on toes
  3. Burpee
  4. Mountain climbers
  5. Strict full sit up (elbows at ears)
  6. Alternating lunges

If you complete the 4 rounds continuously, this should take you around 22minutes. Here is a great link if you are unfamiliar with any of these exercises.

To make it even easier on yourself, download an interval timer to your phone [I use an app called Interval Timer- this allows you to set your interval cycles, set numbers and recovery time]
