What triggered your interest in fitness?

I’ve always been sporty, growing up playing anything I could including rugby, netball, basketball, football and track & field. After leaving HK for University, I gained an interest in CrossFit as it was accessible, fit my schedule and kept me challenged.

Where do you work out?

CrossFit Typhoon or on the field/court

Go to post workout meal:

If I’m home, grilled salmon with spinach and broccoli. But I do love my smoothies! Blended’s range available at Chicken on the Run down at the Pulse are pretty damn yummy!

Favourite fitness app:

I track my workouts in a diary and used to use MyFitnessPal when I tracked my food
