DECEMBER WRAP

December, as it often is, has been a very busy month. Team Blended have been run off their feet doing what they do best – events! From conferences to sporting events to night markets, the blenders have been busy whipping up our favourite smoothies. Over the course of 2016, we have seen a real shift in food and beverage demands in Hong Kong, with the focus shifting towards healthy alternatives. Conference goers, sportsmen, spectators, shoppers, mums, dads and kids; the want for cleaner, healthier and real food & beverage is wanted and Blended have delivered.

2nd December – The Bradbury School Winter Night Market

Blended was a new, healthy addition to this year’s night market. Families enjoyed a spot of Christmas shopping whilst sipping on a freshly made, healthy smoothie from Blended. No sugar highs and a good dose of fruit and veg.

4th December - Hong Kong Corporate Sevens

Another new addition, this time at the Hong Kong Corporate Sevens; Blended were happy to support the Deaf Rugby Programme, a Hong Kong Rugby Union Community Foundation. Sponsored by Howse Williams Bowers; players, officials, fans, children and families enjoyed some tag rugby in the sunshine and topped it off with a Blended smoothie.

6th-7th December - Capacity Asia Conference

The Blended smoothie station proved to be the hit of the conference this year, with over 1,200 smoothies getting whizzed up over the two day event. Held at Hong Kong’s Grand Hyatt and sponsored by Global Transit, conference goers got a refreshing taste of what Blended has to offer.

HKRU Mini Rugby Festivals – HKU Sandy Bay & Flying Kukris

Continuing our health movement across sporting events in Hong Kong, Blended has been on site at all HKRU Mini Rugby Festivals for the 2016/2017 season. Look out for us in the New Year when we’ll be back at the Tai Po Mini Rugby Festival!
